WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We allow 7 days from the time of arrival to request a return/exchange at CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com.  Please provide your invoice number, product issue, and desired resolution.  For more details, visit our Returns/Privacy/Security page.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

We allow 72 hours for customers to make changes to an order after initial order was placed.  A detailed email to CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com is needed along with the following details: 

  • Order Number
  • What product is changing
  • How will it change

We want to guarantee accurate and high-quality clothing to our family.  Any changes after 72 hours will not be possible due to higher-chance of errors and unavailable stock supply.

I MOVED, CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Yes!  You may login to your account online or email and request a change to CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All products are, at minimum, 3 weeks and up to 5 weeks before shipment.  The reason for this is that each order is printed, cut, and handmade to fit each unique child/adult based on the order request.  If an order is delayed for any reason then Crazy House will reach out to the contact information on the given order and provide a detailed update to the situation.  Any inquiries on product status may be sent to CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com

 

CAN YOU MAKE ADULT SIZE?

Yes we can!  We have added many adult clothing options and plan to add more as we continue to grow.  If you have an outfit idea, email us to let us know what you would find amazing!

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.  We will ship internationally, but surcharges may apply.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All payments are accepted via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Sezzle.
