We aim to serve all our customers with speed, accuracy, and clarity. If something isn't correct or you are unhappy with the product then you will have 7 days to complete a request for either a refund/return/exchange at CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be received within 14 days of your request.
Any request that is completed within 7 days will be provided with a return shipping label in their order contact information.
To complete your return, please provide us with the following:
Product Name you are wishing to be fixed
Indicate whether you would like an exchange, refund, or a return.
*Note: Any requests after 7 days of deliver will be reviewed prior to acceptance and may be declined. Any requests after 30 days will be automatically declined.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed at an 80% refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. All refunds incur a 20% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CrazyHouseClothier@gmail.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you filed your request for a return/exchange/refund then you will receive a mailing address from us via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if it is 7 days after shipment delivery date for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
